Mediagnost's core competence is in mechatronic design, where we develop complex system solutions from the initial idea through to series production. We work with developed concept designs and based on individual customer specifications, ensuring cost-effective, manufacturable and compliant products.
Modern design environment and DFX methods
Our work is supported by the state-of-the-art PTC Creo CAD environment, complemented by DFX (Design for Excellence) methodologies and FEM (finite element) engineering calculations. This allows us to optimise products for manufacturability, cost, reliability and maintainability from an early design stage.
Minimising development risks - according to Model V and standards
We follow the requirements of IEC60601 and the FDA for mechatronics development. Our V-model based design process helps to minimise development risks, guaranteeing a high level of product safety and compliance with the requirements of the medical industry.
Comprehensive documentation and life cycle management
We provide our customers with all the mandatory documentation, including:
- DHF (Design History File)
- DMR (Device Master Record),
- DHR (Device History Record),
- and full product configuration management.
Development and manufacturing data is kept up-to-date using the PTC Windchill PLM system, guaranteeing full traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Development of control circuits and test equipment
As part of our complex systems, we also design and supply proprietary control circuits (hardware) and functional test equipment (hardware + software), providing a complete solution for mechatronic systems.
