We Attended an International Product Development Workshop – Shaping the Future of Radiology Together

Last week we had a special professional experience: Mediagnost Kft. was invited by one of the world’s best-known medical technology companies, the Philips DXR Development Center, to take part in a three-day international product development workshop.

The event took place in the Indian city of Pune, where we had the opportunity to work with excellent professionals, developers, and product managers on how to make the Philips radiology portfolio even more innovative and efficient.

The goal: innovation together

The aim of the workshop was to rethink conceptually the existing product groups and to jointly identify development opportunities that could provide real added value for medical technology users worldwide.

Mediagnost Kft. was represented by Dr. Róbert Krisch (Head of Research and Development) and Tamás Molnár (Project Manager), who actively participated in evaluating the concepts and brainstorming.

Four focus areas – countless possibilities

Over the three days, we examined the development directions of four different product groups. During the interactive workshop, participants – experts from various fields – collaboratively mapped out:

  • which technological innovations could help improve diagnostic accuracy;
  • how to make the systems more user-friendly;
  • which trends and future needs can be incorporated into the early stages of product development.

Participants were able to share their own market experiences, and the collaboration provided an opportunity to highlight global development priorities from the perspective of partners from different countries.

Collaboration = value creation

One of the greatest values of the workshop was the collaborative thinking and exchange of experiences. For Mediagnost, it is particularly important to shape the future of medical technology through international collaborations – as this benefits not only our partners but also patients. ``

We look forward to what comes next!

These three days were not only an inspiring professional program but also reinforced Mediagnost’s commitment to innovation, quality, and international collaboration. We are grateful for the invitation and can’t wait to turn the ideas we’ve generated together into concrete developments.
