Where experience and precision meet: Zsuzsanna Fricska leads the locksmith workshop
We are proud to announce that Zsuzsanna Fricska will be taking over the management of our locksmith workshop in the future. Zsuzsanna previously worked as deputy plant manager and as a key specialist in the sheet metal locksmith department, so she has an excellent understanding of the production processes not only from a managerial but also from a practical perspective. The solid foundations for her professional career were laid by At the Kandó KÔlmÔn Technical College of Kecskemét Collective Service Center acquired, which well exemplifies the approach that also defines Mediagnost's operations: real expertise is built upon everyday experience, continuous development, and a commitment to premium quality.
Why is leadership from practice important?
The manufacturing of precision mechatronic systems and medical devices is an extremely complex process. Success does not solely depend on modern technology, but also on how effectively different areas of manufacturing can cooperate.
A leader who previously worked daily in production departments precisely understands the physical and technological challenges, the interdependencies, and the smallest details that ultimately determine the quality of the finished product. This deep, practical knowledge plays a key role in rapid operational decision-making, efficient problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
Technology alone is not enough: A symbiosis of human and machine
Automation and robotics are now a natural part of modern manufacturing. Machines are capable of performing their tasks with exceptional accuracy and monotonous repeatability, however, human expertise remains indispensable in high-precision manufacturing environments with high quality requirements.
Robots can take over many tasks and subprocesses, but critical checks are always performed by experts. The precise interpretation of the unique stresses and behaviors of materials, the recognition of minimal irregularities in sheets, and the microscopic peculiarities of welds require experience that can only be gained through practice. In a modern plant, the robot does not replace the expert, but works alongside them, while validation decisions rely on human intellect.
Expertise united under one roof: Blacksmithing and welding trades
At Mediagnost, fine machining, locksmithing, and welding technology work closely together as a single integrated unit. With us, these two trades are not separate islands but exist in constant symbiosis.
This consolidated operation allows knowledge from different fields to converge in one place, resulting in a much greater concentration of expertise. The fusion of cutting, bending, and precision welding drastically accelerates manufacturing processes, minimizes internal communication errors, and guarantees perfect mechanical stability of mechatronic units.
Fricska Zsuzsanna's appointment signifies the strengthening and continuation of this manufacturing culture: by building on genuine professional knowledge, on-site experience, and integrated collaboration, we ensure that our plant will continue to serve the global medical technology market at the highest level in the future.
